How to Activate and Log Into Your HOA Homeowner Portal
1. Ensure Your Email is Up to Date
All properties must be registered under the same email address in our system for them to appear in your portal. If you're unsure, contact us at hoa@ips-nc.com for confirmation or updates.
2. Check Your Email for the Activation Links
You will receive a separate activation email for each property. If you don’t see the email:
- Check your spam or junk folder.
- If it is still missing, contact us for a new activation link.
3. Activate Your Portal for Each Property
- Open each activation email and click the "Activate Now" button.
- Follow the prompts to create your password (this will be the same for all properties).
- Repeat this process for each property you own.
4. Log In to Your Portal
Visit https://ipsnc.appfolio.com/connect/users/sign_in and enter your email address and password.
5. View & Switch Between Properties
Once logged in, you can easily switch between properties using the "View Another Unit" feature:
- Click View Another Unit in the portal menu.
- Select Access Unit to open the dashboard of the property you wish to view.
- Repeat as needed to switch between properties.

Ensure you have activated each property individually and are using the correct email address. If issues persist, contact us for assistance.
Getting an Error Message?
If you experience login errors, try:
- Clearing your browser’s cache and cookies.
- Using a different web browser.
- Making sure you are logging in at https://ipsnc.appfolio.com/connect/users/sign_in.
If you receive an error saying you don’t have an account, it could mean:

- You have not yet activated your account. Check your email for the activation link.
