How to Activate and View Multiple Properties Using the AppFolio Owner Portal

As a property owner with Innovative Property Solutions, managing your properties online is simple and convenient. With the Owner Portal, you can access and oversee all your properties with a single login, as long as they are linked to the same email address in our system. This seamless setup allows you to view everything in one place, eliminating the need for multiple logins and making property management easier than ever.

Activating Your Owner Portal & Viewing Multiple Properties

1. Ensure Your Email is Up to Date

Your properties must be linked to the same email address in our system. If you're unsure, contact us at pm@ips-nc.com for confirmation or updates.

2. Check Your Email for the Activation Link

You will receive an activation email from us. If you don’t see it:

  • Check your spam or junk folder.
  • If it is still missing, contact us for a new link.

3. Activate Your Portal

Click the activation link and follow the prompts to create your login and set up your portal access.

4. Log In to Your Portal

Visit https://ipsnc.appfolio.com/oportal/users/log_in and enter your email address and password.

5. View All Your Properties in One Dashboard

Once logged in, click on the Properties tab to view all of your properties in one dashboard. No additional logins are required.

What You Can Do in Your Owner Portal

Your Owner Portal offers a range of features to simplify property management:

  • View a real-time dashboard of your property data.
  • Run and export financial reports.
  • Download report packets we publish.
  • Access shared property or unit reviews.
  • Securely contribute funds via eCheck or card payments.
  • View and download shared documents.
  • Consent to receive electronic 1099 tax forms and download them.

With these on-demand features, you will always have a clear view of your property’s status, providing you with the insights you need to maximize your investment.

Not Recognizing Your Username or Email?

Forgot Your Password?

Click "Forgot Password" on the login page to reset it. If you do not receive a reset email, check your spam folder or contact us for assistance.

Still not receiving the reset email?

  • You may be logging into the wrong portal. Double-check that you are using the correct login link: https://ipsnc.appfolio.com/oportal/users/log_in.

  • We may not have your email address on file. Contact us at pm@ips-nc.com to verify your account.

Didn’t Receive an Activation Link?

  • Check your spam or junk folder.
  • If you still do not see it, request a new link by emailing pm@ips-nc.com.

Not Seeing All Your Properties?

Make sure all properties are registered under the same email address. Contact us at pm@ips-nc.com to verify and update your account if needed.

Getting an Error Message?

If you encounter an error while logging in, try the following:

If you receive an error saying you don’t have an account, it could mean:

  • You may be logging into the wrong portal. Double-check that you are using the correct login link: https://ipsnc.appfolio.com/oportal/users/log_in.
  • You have not yet activated your account. Check your email for the activation link.
  • Your account is under a different email address, or we do not have an email address on file. Contact us at pm@ips-nc.com to confirm your login details.
